Fat Hen Farm is a family owned and operated business creating exquisite olive products. Founded by the Wood family at their Kilkivan olive farm in South East Queensland in 2004, Fat Hen Farm has been providing premium quality, delicious olives, extra virgin olive oils and ‘the best tapenade ever’ to the Australian market for over ten years.
Now owned by Kevin & Karen Clark, they follow in the Fat Hen Farm tradition of producing quality, hand-made olive products.
Local fruit is sourced primarily from the Barambah region, not far from the Wood family’s original farm. Fat Hen Farm products are still made to the original recipes; free from preservatives, colours and chemical additives – full of flavour, natural goodness and ‘food love’.
