Product of the France For 40 years the artisanal cannery of Mille Sources manufactures and sells preserves made from a selection of local products and quality local ingredients, healthy and natural products without preservatives or dyes. Our approach as an artisan preserver is above all a quality approach, and not a race approach at the lowest price; the latter is often synonymous with poor quality. For this our preparations of preserves and ready meals are made from ingredients of terroirs whose quality is recognized. For Les Mille Sources, producing preserves in an artisanal way is compatible with a professional and qualitative method, at the cost of a very demanding food safety. Meat and poultry for the selection of meats from our ready meals,
we favour the local production of the Limousin Terroir. Beef, Veal, Lamb and Pork, Limousin is recognized for the quality of its breeds adapted to meat production and winners of many recognitions including red labels. Other meats not coming from Limousin are chosen on the criterion of quality.
