Stott’s Delicacies was founded in 1987 by former owner Robert Stott, who set out to create a range of products that where easily identified as Queensland made by using ingredients such as ginger, rum, pineapples and mangoes.
Now the business is owned and run by Mark and Kathryn Lang who continue to pride themselves on using quality Australian grown produce to create the Stott’s range of jams, mustards, chutneys, sauces and dressings as well as fine teas and coffee.
Stott’s recipes are tried and tested with many becoming family favourites.
