We believe that to earn "gourmet" status, a product must be made with individual care and attention to the highest standards. As our products blossomed we continue to this day in making them all by hand, with the finest, all-natural ingredients - the best way we know how. Our exquisite Wild Hibiscus Flowers - are fabulous as a garnish in Champagne at your next special occasion, celebration or dinner party! The little flower sits in the bottom of the glass and the bubbles subtly open the flower. At the end of the drink you can eat the flower - it has a delicious raspberry & rhubarb flavour. Our full range of innovative flower products now includes Flowers In Syrup, Flower Teas, Flower Salt and Flower Extracts. We work directly with our flower farmers to develop sustainable farming and community practices. Our processing is done in small batches using our own unique techniques and customized equipment to ensure the utmost of care and quality. Our facility is Kosher and HACCP Food Safety Certified.
